Fall 2015 TCE reports are now available in the UA Vitae system. The TCE reports load is provided by the TCE office; TCEs will show up in the "Course Evaluations" column in the "Teaching: Credit Bearing Courses" section. If you have additional evaluations to load, such as student comments, or if your TCE was not provided to us for loading but you have access to it via the TCE Website, you can load the TCE materials by clicking "Add" in the "Course Attachments" section that follows the teaching data. The long-awaited grants data is now available in UA Vitae. Here are some basics about the data:
We have imported all grant and proposal data held in UAccess Research.
We have added a "Total Anticipated Award" column/field that reflects the full anticipated value of the grant.
We have added the Prime Sponsor and the Sub-Sponsor for all grants.
Collaborators listed include the PI, COPI and any Key Personnel named on the grant/proposal.
Percent Effort for collaborators reflects the Total Percent Effort held in UAccess Research.

Create NIH, NSF, and USDA biosketches using your UA Vitae data - here's how:
Click on the Vitas & Biosketches link from your Dashboard.
Click the "Add" button at the bottom of the Vitas & Biosketches Personal CV Admin page
Enter a name for the biosketch you are creating (e.g. Kimberly's biosketch)
Click on the dropdown menu for Templates to access the biosketch templates; select the template you need
Enter a description (if desired) and choose to Save, or Save and Edit.
You'll now be able to populate your biosketch with information you've already added to UA Vitae.
